May 2022 Meeting Summary

The Stibnite Advisory Council gives communities a seat at the table with Perpetua Resources and the opportunity to help shape the Stibnite Gold Project. The council meets monthly to discuss the impacts, concerns and opportunities surrounding the project. The Stibnite Advisory Council is comprised of appointed representatives from eight communities near the project site and Perpetua Resources. Here is a summary of what was discussed during the May 12, 2022 Stibnite Advisory Council meeting:

SUMMARY:

Distributed on May 13, 2022 to Advisory Council and media outlets.

Council approved the communication plan for sharing the first-year results of the Independent Water Monitoring Program.

Council decided SAC representatives would observe the collection process for the Independent Water Monitoring Program.

Council discussed and prioritized community concerns that need to be included in a Perpetua Resources Impact Statement.

Belinda shared information on community outreach.

Next Stibnite Advisory Council meeting will be held June 9, 2022.
