The Stibnite Advisory Council gives communities a seat at the table with Perpetua Resources and the opportunity to help shape the Stibnite Gold Project. The council meets monthly to discuss the impacts, concerns and opportunities surrounding the project. The Stibnite Advisory Council is comprised of appointed representatives from eight communities near the project site and Perpetua Resources. Here is a summary of what was discussed during the June 10, 2021 Stibnite Advisory Council meeting:

Council will register as an unincorporated non-profit association with the Secretary of State in order to obtain an EIN number. Once we have an EIN number we will set up a bank account. Officers will be signers on the bank account and any payments will require SAC approval with two signatures.

Council appointed Lynn Imel as Secretary/Treasurer.

Council received a presentation on Antimony from Mckinsey Lyon, Perpetua Resources VP of External Affairs.

Council working groups discussed their priority areas.

Council Representatives provided an update from their respective communities.
