The Stibnite Advisory Council gives communities a seat at the table with Perpetua Resources and the opportunity to help shape the Stibnite Gold Project. The council meets monthly to discuss the impacts, concerns and opportunities surrounding the project. The Stibnite Advisory Council is comprised of appointed representatives from eight communities near the project site and Perpetua Resources. Here is a summary of what was discussed during the February 8, 2024 Stibnite Advisory Council meeting:

Council received a presentation from Dan Stanaway, Brown & Caldwell regarding ground water usage and its industrial use water right application for the Stibnite Gold Project.
Michael Wright, VP of Projects, Perpetua Resources introduced himself and spoke to the new vendor intake form that will be posted on Perpetua’s website in the near future.
Council received an update on the economic study SAC commissioned last fall from Tim Nadreau of Recon Insight Group.
Council elected their 2024 officers.
