The Stibnite Advisory Council gives communities a seat at the table with Perpetua Resources and the opportunity to help shape the Stibnite Gold Project. The council meets monthly to discuss the impacts, concerns and opportunities surrounding the project. The Stibnite Advisory Council is comprised of appointed representatives from eight communities near the project site and Perpetua Resources. Here is a summary of what was discussed during the August 14, 2025 Stibnite Advisory Council meeting:

Council received an update from Jordan Nielsen, Infrastructure Manager, Perpetua Resources on Idaho Power long lead procurement equipment, the logistics facility plans and Burnt Log Road design and construction plans through 2025.

Council received permitting and construction update from Perpetua Resources’, Travis Walker, Operations Manager.

John Sommerwerck provided an update on the Independent Water Monitoring Program.
